Beloved Melbourne food identity Julia Busittil Nishimura created the menu for this elevated food event at the Melbourne Town Hall. The banquet took place underneath the art installation 'Einder'; a thundrous aerial dance of textile, light and sound by Dutch artist Boris Acket.

This execution was as much about capturing the scale of the artwork in the context of the historic venue as it was about drawing viewers into the sensory banquet experience.
