Outdoor Living

Beulah comissioned award winning artist Atong Atem to transform the outside of Hanover House in Southbank. Outdoor Living draws inspiration from her archive of vintage European wallpapers and collected native flowers. Her dramatic statement work in paint and neon remixed past and present symbols to shape a new vision for Melbourne. We were engaged to document the temporary BETA By STH BNK program, an experimental event series installed within the future Beulah development site of Hanover House.

This branded documentary execution is is assembled around the craft of interview. Revealing the layers of creativity and process behind an artwork exposes too its place in the zeitgeist. Interview and documentary storytelling are intrinsic ways that we document culture.
